With icreasing demands on product quality are parallel increasing demands on the checking and measuring the product parameters. In this area is very usefull a 100% chceking or measuring device.

For this case, we are developing speacial checking and measuring devices, wich are able to check the product quality, save data from the batch and so guarantee the most demands from the quality field.

Vision System - if there is a need for chcecking the product quality, we have to give some examples of aplications:

- checking of print quality on product
- Barcodes and Matrix / 2D Code readings
- Checking the quality of surface by using a camera

In this area, we are prepared to test the vision possibilities on you samples and to do a presentation, how a vision system can help you to improve the product quality.
For solutions with camera we are using worldknow vision system producer like KEYENCE, Panasonic, Matrox and Cognex.

Assembly lines and Devices are used in case when a high productivity and efficiency is needed. Assembly lines, half-automatic or fullautomatic, with feeder and handling system, and on the output sorting the product. This all we can offer you and design a solution for you individual product.
